Radek Klempera brings nearly two decades of executive leadership experience across international business development, commodity trading, technology and complex operational environments. Prior to joining Harmony GT, he served as Regional Director at Al Jaber Group in the United Arab Emirates, where he gained extensive experience managing large-scale international operations and strategic business initiatives across the Gulf region.
His key strength lies in understanding the entire commodity trading value chain, from supplier sourcing, commercial negotiations and compliance to logistics, inspection, documentation, trade finance and transaction structuring. This end-to-end perspective enables him to bridge commercial opportunities with disciplined execution while minimizing operational and financial risk.
