These Terms of Use govern your use of harmonygt.ae (the "website"), operated by Harmony General Trading LLC ("Harmony", "we", "us"). By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

Harmony General Trading LLC is a limited liability company registered in Dubai under commercial licence No. 589175, issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism. The Dubai commercial register records the company name as HARMONY GENEARAL TRADING (LLC). Our registered office is Office 31-A, Arenco Marlin Investment Building, Al Murraqabat, Deira, P.O. Box 398, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Information only — not an offer

The website describes our company and our business. Nothing on it is an offer to sell or buy, an invitation to trade or a binding quotation. Product availability, specifications, quantities and prices are confirmed only in a written offer or contract signed by an authorised representative of Harmony, and only after our compliance checks are complete.

Market data

The Market snapshot section shows indicative prices of energy benchmarks supplied by third parties — currently quotations of contracts for difference published by Capital.com and displayed through TradingView. These prices:

  • may be delayed, incomplete or interrupted;
  • may differ from exchange prices, official settlement prices and price assessments published by price reporting agencies;
  • are shown for general information only and must not be used as the basis for a contract, a trading decision or an investment decision.

We do not verify these prices and accept no liability for any use made of them. For a firm price, please contact our trading desk.

Articles and insights

Articles in our Insights section contain general information about commodity markets, delivery terms and compliance. They are not legal, tax, financial or investment advice, may not reflect the latest developments and should not be relied on without professional advice suited to your situation.

Fraud warning

Commodity trading attracts fraud, including fake offers and forged documents that use the names of genuine companies. Please note:

  • We contact customers only from email addresses ending in @harmonygt.ae.
  • We never ask for "procedure fees" or for payments to release documents outside a signed contract.
  • Any offer, invoice or document issued in our name can be verified with our compliance team at compliance@harmonygt.ae before you act on it.
  • Our registration can be checked against the public register: commercial licence No. 589175, Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism.

If you receive a suspicious message that uses our name, please report it to us.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website unlawfully, send false enquiries or enquiries in another person's name, try to gain unauthorised access to the website or our systems, collect content by automated means in a way that burdens the website, or introduce malicious code.

Intellectual property

The content, design and logo of the website belong to Harmony General Trading LLC or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business purposes. Any other use, including copying or republishing content, requires our written permission. Third-party names and marks — including Incoterms®, a registered trademark of the International Chamber of Commerce, TradingView and Capital.com — belong to their owners.

The website may link to websites run by others. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

Liability

The website and its content are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranty that the website will be available without interruption or that its content is complete or up to date, and we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of the website or from reliance on its content, including indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates applicable in Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from the use of the website.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page; continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
